Yanggok is a small town located in South Korea’s Chungcheongnam-do province. The town has a population of just over 10,000 people and is known for its natural scenery and historical sites. Yanggok is home to the Yanggok Reservoir, which was created by the construction of the Gyeongbu Railway in 1892. The reservoir provides recreational opportunities for visitors and also supplies water to several nearby towns. In addition to the reservoir, Yanggok is also home to Mount Ikseon, which offers stunning views of the surrounding countryside.
