Hwange National Park is one of Zimbabwe's most popular areas to visit with visitors coming from all over the world. The park has a variety of habitats including dry grasslands, woodlands, riparian areas and miombo (woodland) forests. The highlight of the park for many visitors is seeing the elephants, which number in the hundreds and can be seen browsing on leaves or drinking at waterholes. Other animals that can be seen in the park include lions, buffalos, leopards, rhinos and hippos.
