Romeoville is a small town in Cook County, Illinois, United States. The population was 11,235 at the 2010 census. Named for Rome Plow Works, which operated in the town from 1857 until its closure in 1973, it is now the home of Sears Holdings Corporation's corporate headquarters and world's largest Kmart store. Romeoville was also the home of Adler's Shoes from 1902 until 2005.
