Koror is the largest city and capital of Palau. The city is built on a series of limestone cliffs that overlook the Koror Lagoon. The coastline is lined with bungalows, beach bars and coral reefs. The lagoon has a number of excellent snorkeling spots and there are also several world-class scuba diving sites nearby. Koror is also home to a variety of interesting museums, including the National Museum of History and Art and the National Science Museum.
