Sri Nachna is a small village located in the Alborz mountain range of Iran. The village has a population of about 1,500 and is best known for its unique architecture. Sri Nachna was founded in the 12th century by a group of Zoroastrian refugees who had to leave their homes in Khorasan province because of religious persecution.
